Rules & Guidelines
Please ensure adherence to these guidelines to maximize the benefits of your Team Membership with Dance Vision.
1. Team Membership Requirement:
A Team membership with a Student Medal Testing add-on is required to offer Student Medal Testing.
2. Dance Vision Examiner Requirement:
Student Medal Testing must be conducted by a certified Dance Vision Examiner.
3. Unauthorized Student Medal Testing Prohibition:
Conducting Dance Vision Student Medal Testing without explicit authorization from Dance Vision violates our policies. This policy does not restrict studios from conducting their own independent evaluations or checkouts under their own name and system. Unauthorized use of the Dance Vision name, brand, or syllabus in medal testing will result in an immediate ban and may incur legal consequences.
4. Prepaid Medals:
Teams must have prepaid for medals before submitting tests to our office for processing.
5. One Team per Location:
A location is limited to one team membership.
6. Separate Team Plans for Franchises:
Each location within the same franchise or chain of studios must be treated as a separate team.
7. Leaderboard Prizes:
Top Teams and Top Teachers are awarded annually based on points accumulated from January through December.
Top Team Prizes
- 1st Place — $2,000 cash + trophy
- 2nd Place — $1,200 cash
- 3rd Place — $800 cash
- 1st Place — $2,000 cash + trophy
- 2nd Place — $1,200 cash
- 3rd Place — $800 cash
8. Annual Membership Requirement:
To be eligible to receive prizes, Top Teams and Top Teachers must have an active Team or Individual annual membership.
